Immanuel: meaning God with us; Free: free to serve the Lord in spirit of liberty and truth; Church of Deliverance: a deliverance ministry to heal the
sick and set captives free. God moved the ministry into more areas of the worship experience, evangelism, missions and Outreach for the Ocean View community and international connections. In 2010 God gave Immanuel a new mission and vision for the church which led to changing the name to include Worship Ministries and International.
